Yauvana Yoga Studio is an initiative born with the goal of empowering people to become more aware of their physical, mental, and emotional bodies.
I became interested in the world of human development oriented towards organizations, which led me to graduate in human resources, become certified in pedagogical adaptation, protocol & company, occupational risk prevention, postgraduate specialization in occupational guidance and trainer of trainers.
In 2014, Integral Hatha Yoga opened the doors for me to this wonderful world of conscious movement & holistic education. Then, I spent five years immersed in Iyengar yoga, practicing diligently and by attending intensive workshops in León and Barcelona. And over the years, I obtained official certification in classical yoga instruction.
Over time, other disciplines were added to this foundation: yoga for children, yoga for teens, Yoga Nidra, somatic movement with balls, visual education, emotional education, hypopressive exercises, sound therapy with Tibetan bowls, aromatherapy, meditation, mindfulness, and Pilates.
I have also dedicated years to expanding my knowledge in areas such as biomechanics (therapeutic yoga, muscle chains, pelvic muscles) which allowed me to deepen my understanding of how the human body works as a large interconnected and dynamic three-dimensional network.
Connecting with what your body needs is a fascinating journey! If you feel it’s time to start inhabiting your body from a place of calm, I am here to guide you; all you need is to roll out your mat and have the desire to take care of yourself.
