Yauvana Yoga Studio is an initiative aimed at the well-being and the integral development of people.
As the founding CEO of this project, born in 2017, I share part of my career in these lines:
Conscious movement:
I started my path to conscious movement by practicing Kung-fu. Hatha Yoga and Integral Meditation were my second masters. I spent a few years in love with Iyengar Yoga with a constant and intense practice. And finally I became hooked on the kindest part of yoga, creating a space where people feel empowered to slow down and be present.
Previous training:
My interest in human development led me to graduate in Human Resources and complete that training with several master’s degrees related to people management, coaching, emotional intelligence, teaching and occupational risk prevention.
Specific training:
Instructor certified by the Xunta de Galicia ( Higher Education Certificate).
Yoga and Integral Meditation Teacher, regonized by the Yoga Alliance RYT500.
Yoga Teacher for children and adolescents.
Further training:
Music therapy, aromatherapy, visual education, muscle chains, specialization in pregnancy & postpartum, hypopressive gymnastics, yoga for families, adapted yoga practice and conscious movement with kinesic balls.
My goal:
To empower people to be more aware of their body, their breathing, their psyche, their emotions, their habits, their postural hygiene, learn to listen to themselves and develop their full potential to live a full life in which happiness is a choice.
